For short or medium stays, all our rooms are fully furnished and all included : bed, desk, appliances, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating and hot water.

For long-term leases (for example 12 months), you may use your own furniture if you prefer to personalise your space.

Is everything really included?

For rooms, the answer is simple: yes, always all included — furniture, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating and hot water. No surprises: everything is included in the rent.

For long-term leases for whole apartments, this may vary. Some include everything; in others, utilities such as electricity or Internet are in your name.

Can I sign a one-year lease?

Yes! We offer flexible leases, including 12-month agreements for those looking for more stability.

Are the shared apartments mixed?

Most of our shared apartments are mixed.


However, we also have women-only accommodation. If you prefer this option, simply tell our rental advisor so they can guide you towards a room that fits your needs.
